One of the place we also visited was Microland which was It company in Chennai. We took the bus to there. The commuting was better than Bangalore, which had more traffic. They gave us an orientation about their company supporting customers globally. They specialize in management of It InfoStructure. It operation and server that make sure their customer business runs smoothly. They have 70 global companies. One of their customers is General Electric and they make sure all their email run smoothly. They usually guarantee 24/7 365 a day with 99.9 % guarantee to their customers. If their promise is not meet, this will affect their pay. They usually sell email per mail box to their private customers.
They have great smart workers. They have 100 employees who work 24/7 with three shifts. This 21 years old company works hard to employee employees their customers are looking for. They go to universities for recruiting. Their employees have three levels of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving the problem. However, their customers own their IT assets, and they just manage for them. Then we went to a call center at microland which was great because many companies outsource in India for call centers. After our trip we went and ate at the food court. I had subway which was great, but tested little different from the subway the state.
