King and Queen Palace in Mysore

One of the beautiful places I saw in India was the King and Queen Palace in Mysore. We were told by Dr. Raos that every king had his own palace and the queen also had her own palace where she lived. The king palace was the luxuries palace the king worked at.  The king would then come back to the Queen palace. The palaces were at Karnataka Bangalore Mysore city.

We had a reservation at the Queen palace was we ate and the Lunch was delicious. The queen palace is called Lalitha Mahal Palace Hotel because it the queen palace has been turn into a hotel. This is a luxurious hotel that is outside the royal city of Mysore. When it was the queen palace it was were Maharaja welcomed hi s important guests of India. Now this hotel is one of the most luxurious hotels in India. While there I noticed lots of foreigners were checking in especially Europeans. The hotel has polished marble floors, paintings and one of Gandhi. It also had beautiful chandeliered, marble staircases. We were able to see one of the quest rooms which were cool, light, large, high ceiling, and huge marble bathrooms.
